Around 6 AM me and my friend Tim went to the forest of Bakkeveen to capture some winter shots from the march over there. After staying one hour in the forest we decided to drive to the Lauwersmeer to try our luck over there.
When we arrived at the Lauwersmeer it looked we were at the North Pole. The strong wind pushed the water of the lake to the west side and the water sprayed over the dam which turned the lake side into an arctic scene.
Tim took a photo of me enjoying this special scene. It was very cold especially when the water of the lake sprayed over me, but it was fun to do!
Have fun out there!
