Grazing cows in the spring grass

Around april the cows are released from the stables. They will be able to walk around on the meadows for the summer period. This is a happy moment for the cows who have been locked up in the stables for the winter. Finally they have space to walk around again and are able to eat the fresh spring grass.

In april worden de koeien losgelaten uit hun stallen. Ze kunnen dan in de zomerperiode vrij rondlopen in de wei en kunnen dan genieten van het verse gras. Al dartelend zetten de koeien de eerste schreden in het weiland. Dit is een mooi moment voor hun, want ze hebben de hele winter opgesloten gezeten in hun stal.
